I had a good experience with them. They were kind, professional, helpful and available. I’d recommend them if you don’t mind paying a small fee (which I believe is for administrative stuff).

I have a negative experience with Domica Utrecht. My contract ended at the 1st of June 2015, I left the house in a good state, which Domica checked and approved. Because I did not get my deposit back, I called Domica many times. Every time they told me they will transfer it quickly. After some time I discovered that Thema Onroerend Goed B.V. (the company behind Domica Utrecht) went bankrupt in August 2015 (if you google for F.13/15/354 you might find the insolvency report). In this report you can read amongst other things that the Iphones went to the employees. In order to get my deposit back, I sued the house owner. Because his name is under the rental agreement, and Domica just mediates, Domica is not responsible in the judicial sense. I got my money back, and sort of forgot about the whole thing, but I just discovered that these bastards made a restart! Their new name? Domica. Same building, same people, same portfolio of houses. I don't think that companies should be rewarded for this type of behaviour, so I strongly recommend not to do business with these people.

I had the worst customer experience with Domica. I was a client for 5 years, in 2 different houses. After 4 years of absolutely no problems and me being a respectful tenant, something changed in the European banking system and the automatic payment order stopped working. The rent was then delayed for a week, without my knowledge of course. I received a letter from Domica threatening me to get my "case" to a collection company of which the costs I should arrange, if I did not pay within a week. In addition, we moved out of the house 3 months ago, and we are still trying, now with a lawyer, to get back our deposit. We have confirmation from both the owner and Domica that everything was ok, they just do not reply to our emails, neither return the deposit, and behave in the worst, most arrogant and rude way. Summary: Worst customer experience possible, arrogance and rudeness. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy, stay away.
