My experience with VGW housing company has been an absolutely positive and pleasant one from start to finish. Damian responded to my every single question and request with the intention of providing me what I needed and at times, went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way it should be even after I moved in. During my time in Utrecht I have worked with 2 different companies for finding a house and lived in 2 different apartments. VGW was the third company I have worked with. I don’t think I’ll need a fourth.

They just ignore all your emails. Is it really that difficult to tell someone A. "Yes they are a suitable candidate" B. "No they are not a suitable candidate"?

The process of moving into my new place was very efficient, getting the key within a week after seeing the place. Whenever I send an email with a question, I usually get response within the hour!

Hi. We recently rented a house in Utrecht central through VGW and Boris from the team was extremely helpful and professional. Every email was responded clearly and in a timely manner. At the time of checking in also he was very helpful and took photos of the property to ensure that the current state is captured. Also the utilities were connected and the best part was that everything was seamless and timely. Highly recommended.
