I had the best experience with Stadsdaemes! They assisted me in a very responsive, attentive and professional way and helped me find the PERFECT HOME! Highly recommended for expats as they really help you navigate and understand the Dutch market. They're the BEST!

I believe the reviews previously given are sincere, but I have a different experience. Called multiple times, no coverage. The time they did get arrested, the lady in question was pretty curt. Not pleasant. Maybe in a hurry, I don't know. Another attempt by e-mail, no response. Called again, about a viewing. It is simply determined for you when you have to show up, whether you have to work, have children, or you name it, is not interesting. I have properly opted out of the viewing because of a home found elsewhere, with thanks for the time and effort: no confirmation, no success, no congratulations on your home, whatever. A very unpleasant experience. One star for website / offer.

Highly recommended! Meta has helped me enormously in my search for an apartment in Utrecht. Professional, friendly, proactive and pleasant in communication. Totally great!

Suzanne, Meta and her team quickly helped us find a rental property professionally and with a lot of personal commitment. Suzanne already devoted a lot of time and attention to our wishes, needs and (financial) situation during the intake interview and clearly showed us what kind of home is feasible for us - and this despite our difficult position as (still) students and starters on the Utrecht housing market! During the search process, Suzanne regularly sent us a list of available properties; and after a fairly short time we found a beautiful, spacious house near Mariaplaats on the canal (with a garden!)! They also arranged everything for us and we were able to quickly sign the lease. We are very happy with our new house, this would undoubtedly not have been possible without Stadsdaemes. So: if you are looking for your new home in Utrecht: this is where you end up! Suzanne and Meta (and team): thank you very much 😊
