I was the buyer. A lot of things went wrong. Did not get in touch with seller, mysteriously done who the seller (s) actually were. Have often asked for it and often try to find contact. List of things I got already filled in and already delivered (very strange, because you should do so in consultation ..), but on completion the whole house was bare. Both broker and seller knew nothing about. So perhaps this was the list of things from the previous 'house change'. Very strange, both did not take any action when I saw this big mistake at the delivery. I had to insist. Afterwards months with legal assistance in the weather. The final date of signing was also abandoned, because the vendor wanted to save costs by simply canceling the fire insurance for the VvE. (Without fire insurance a house can not be sold). Say what ?! Speaking of the VvE, the information I received back then does not match reality. I thought brokers were meant to bring sellers and buyers together ......

My girlfriend and I went looking for a house for sale in the current market in Utrecht. We had the idea that it could take a long time, but the broker helped us in our search. As a result, we immediately ended up in the neighborhoods that met our requirements and where we had the greatest chance of a home. When we first decided to make an offer, we agreed with the broker and this offer turned out to be a bull's eye! All in all, we are very satisfied with Peek & Pompe brokers, because they always have a flexible attitude, are easily accessible, are committed to your interests, are customer-oriented and have a good price (almost 1,000 euros cheaper than the major brokers in Utrecht)! We would recommend this broker to everyone!

cooperation was good. useful tips for sales, good feedback after viewing, sold quickly and well. uses a reasonable rate. opted for a Utrecht broker with fame in Maarssen because most buyers come from Utrecht. had a good experience with peter peek before and he knows everything and everyone in maarssen. Recommended!
