Incredibly crooked broker.
Even if you meet all the requirements and deliver everything neatly on time, they will come up with something so that they assign it to someone who fits better.
What does that mean? So if you are a young foreigner with a good income, there is always someone who fits better.
Even though I get a house from you for free, I don't need it anymore. Everyone should know what dirty games you play.
Nice office to work with. In our case, Rutger helped us very well. He is sympathetic, thought well with us, is flexible and proactive in his communication.
Preferably avoid, the organization is not customer friendly. They just tell you that what you want is not possible because they don't want to help you. They also put unnecessary pressure on you. For an important purchase / sale such as your home not a nice organization to do business with.
Had a nice conversation with Wim. Everything has been clearly explained to me and I have also registered on this basis. Now another house :)
