People who are actually in the market for an "exclusive" house know the clichés about real estate agents. There are probably very solid brokers who may or may not target a certain target group, unfortunately this is none. A 'crook'.

Our experience is that this broker is not very reliable and hardly pays attention to potential buyers.

This broker allows beautiful houses that have already been sold to Funda to attract customers. He suggests that the best offer has already been sold before it comes to Funda. Only through him can you come to this offer. As a seller of a beautiful house in Utrecht I would not be happy with this; because in this way you know for sure that you will not get the best price !! Funda: I would take action against this
