She was extremely organised, clear in communications, and responsive at all times. She explained all procedures to me very clearly right from our first meeting up to the very end when the contract was signed, which, as a first time buyer and expat, I appreciated a lot. At the same time, she did not push or put undue pressure on me at all, and always gave first priority to my own needs, preferences and emotional response to a place.
