Prior to the contractual engagement with Elizabeth, I was struggling closing a suitable property on my own. She has a great sense of ownership and commitment towards her clients and this goes way beyond just closing a deal. Best of it all she does not make you feel like a client. Not only did she helped me find a reasonably priced house, she was able, and with a bit of luck to scout the right fit while exploring alternate options. During the search period, she was vigilant for new properties on the market, informative, and shared her perspective from experience. She always ensures that you would make an informed decision. During the bidding process, she will ensure that you won’t overbid insanely or make any rad decisions. While closing the deal she will help you get a grasp of the legalities and explain from A to Z what are you signing up for. I must say that I’m satisfied with the level of professionalism and service. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more.

Elisabeth helped me professionally in finding accommodation in Utrecht. She is easily accessible, transparent and friendly. In addition, she responds quickly to emails and she is clear in her communication and what she can do for you in the rental process. Within three weeks I found suitable accommodation, within my budget. I can wholeheartedly recommend Stek Makelaardij!
