Sun Taxi Utrecht

Do not order a taxi through Sun Taxi. I ordered a transfer to the airport online, however the taxi never showed up. They stood us up in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to find another taxi, unfortunatly however we had to pay more than twice the amount (130 euro). My husband barely made it to the airport, Our order was confirmed by email, but apparently that’s no guarantee that the taxi will actually show up. Sun Tax was not available by phone, I am still waiting for them to return my calls and email. So... save yourselve the trouble and the money and order your taxi through a reliable taxi company.

Wish I had paid more attention to the bad reviews here. I paid upfront. Waited from 3 am until 4 am at Schiphol with my kids (the nerve!) and suitcases. Did not show up, did not respond my phone calls, whatsapps, voicemails. Wow...what a disgrace.

Booked taxi online, paid upfront and got a confirmation email. Taxi never showed, they never returned my calls, never responded to my email :-(.

Same as the others. Called 5 times until someone picked up 10 mins after scheduled pick up time, now another driver is ok the way with another delay of 10 mins (hopefully). Edit: I missed the flight!

I had the worst experience with this company. The driver never came. I had already paid when I booked. I had to call 3 times the company at 5 in the morning, while I had an early flight and i almost lost it. They sent me another taxi in 35 minutes. If you really want to be on time go for another company.
