This store does not deserve 1 star. Unreliable that store! Say they don't have a package from you. You have to stop by and call a few times to finally get your package. Calling is also not appreciated, because they throw the phone when you ask if the package is not withheld. So yes! Poor service if postnl location that store. A complaint has been submitted by postnl itself for withholding packages. (Attempted theft)
