What a horrible store! Long story short, sir took my phone (of which he said he was going to make it himself) to the black market in Beverwijk and had the screen replaced with a fake screen. Then the fingerprint scanner no longer works. Then we call him back with the explanation that he no longer works, then he took it again, but with a fake screen, the fingerprint scanner really does not work. So we go back to the store because we want our money back. Well after a lot of nagging we got our money back, but not before he smashed the screen! Please don't go here unless you fancy a lot of whining and bad service.

Terrible Phone Shop! I asked if he had a samsung s8 + charger because our device did not work or charger did not work. The gentleman said it was the charger, then I asked nicely what the costs are of a new charger. Then I said I think about it, and mister immediately started to be angry with yes what do you want. You have to buy a charger and have gone to great lengths to test it. I said well I'm going to think about it and won't come back here !!!! He forbid me to buy anything terribly. And he also said yes I got corona from you with testing blablabla you have to pay now. That is crazy !!! Called him a ridiculous store, you idiot. Never again!

It's that I have to give 1 star otherwise I wouldn't have given one. This gentleman is very unfriendly on the phone and certainly not helpful. It was about sending a simple package asking what time they are on Saturday. Got me a big waffle there ...... customer unfriendly, DON'T GO!
