I recently placed an order with this company and paid 7.50 shipping costs for this. The next day my package arrived, and the next day I went to install it unfortunately this did not work. Then I called someone who installs that regularly, but he also couldn't get the device working. Then I called the owner that the package was returned because I could not get it working and he did not like that and actually wanted to say but not in so much words that this was not possible. So I indicated that it is regulated by law that you have 2 weeks to consider when buying remotely and that you can return it without giving a reason and also have to pay back the shipping costs. After his protests, he immediately indicated that he was not going to refund my shipping costs because he was not going to put money on it, he said, but I paid it and not he. Immediately the next day the package was delivered to post.nl in order not to stick a sticker on the original box, I neatly put bubble wrap around it, because when I received the package there was no wrapping around it. After 14 days had passed from the day I announced that the purchase would be canceled, I still had no money back. the next day a reminder email with letter attachment was sent to it, I received the invoice that I had not even received in principle and a credit invoice on it only states the amount I paid for it and not the shipping costs, so he has not credited it back THIS MR THINKS THAT HE CAN BE ABOVE THE LAW !!!! CANNOT BE REFUNDED BY MY SHIPPING COSTS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY ANYTHING HERE ..

I made my first purchase at MKH-Electronics. Due to the holiday, the delivery time was longer, but that was clearly stated on the website. When I received my product, I noticed that the packaging was not neat, a used box with old address labels still on it. I received the wrong product. With 1 bell I received the right product the next day including a return label so that I could return the wrong product free of charge. All in all a good experience with this company.
