Had very professional guidance after I had surgery for a torn Achilles tendon. It was very pleasant to be able to do the prescribed exercises in the fitness room under supervision each time after the physiotherapy treatment. This has certainly contributed to the full recovery so that I can do all sports again.

I had a number of physio sessions with great pleasure. They helped me very well with the pain in my lower back. After having trained a lot, I was bothered by that. At Bastin I was at the right place to work on my injury. With exercises and dry needle I was quickly back in pain. Forwarded by my PT and had no regrets. Now completely free of pain again, and can enjoy working out again. I can recommend it to anyone with pain in his back to go and see Bastin ...
