I certainly wouldn't sell my home through this broker. Tried to bid on a home with this broker. Being outbid is understandable in this market, but being banned without proper communication is incomprehensible. Especially when this happens out of self-interest broker (not seller) We were quick, were on top of it, but it was impossible to talk to this broker. Also no substantive response about the bidding process. Eventually called back that the house was sold. With comments such as; "I can't call 60 people" "I don't do anything with bids from people without a purchasing agent" “I first want to do business with fellow estate agents, because I need them. Otherwise I will never get in between myself ” For a popular property, this real estate agency clearly does not have the capacity for proper communication or ethical procedures.

Anti-social brokers, who act weird and dismiss a normal question with dirty comments. Loosers.

I would definitely recommend these brokers. We really liked the real estate agency. Vs. However, I cannot objectively assess this other brokers because I do not have any comparative material. We have no experience with other brokers. Given the experience we have gained, we are very satisfied with the cooperation with Nassau. Just worthy of a number 10. We particularly appreciate the expertise and the way of communicating and personal guidance.

Henk van Nassau Makelaars helped me with the purchase of a new home. I have experienced this as positive. Easy to communicate, is clear and gives you honest advice. So I definitely recommend it.
