My cousin had a accepted offer for an apartment in Zeist. The first bidders had not received their financing. When the purchase agreement was on the table, it was canceled by Bjorn Gerritsen of WVO because those other bidders got it around (so too late). Suddenly just a badly disappointed cousin and a very dubious procedure! I wonder if there might have been a higher offer from a third party ... That's true! All the way to this, hopefully they have the decency to quickly help him find a nice apartment.
