I had bought work clothes, the zipper of which was broken. When trying on clothes once at home, the size also turned out to be wrong. So back to Staphorst. Exchange for the right size with a working zipper turned out not to be allowed, they thought the clothes were not clean enough (huh ???). They were willing to completely replace the zipper of a garment of 27.50, if we could go back to Staphorst to pick up clothes that I wear 0.0. Interesting approach to customer service. Fortunately, there are other shops where we can regularly buy horse food and garden tools ...
