Friendly employees who'll do their best for you. No matter if you come to send some packages, buy a new pen, some refills for that pen, other writing stuff, or reading stuff. Very big for a Readshop too! Also, aside of the regular pens, has a nice collection of Lamy pens. Writes better than cheap ones and last you a lifetime if you're careful. And it's nice to be able to feel how they fall in your hand and how much they weight before buying, since they can be pricey.

Always good service. Unfortunately they may now only serve as post nl point. Nevertheless, they remain friendly and service-oriented.
