One star, because I can't give less! Made an order online, sent some emails because it took a long time, but NEVER got an answer. Then finally received the order, but only 1 item out of 5 I ordered. NO communication about this, just money refunded, but the shipping costs just kept, making that one product very expensive! Subsequently sent another email with complaint, again no answer. This is NOT a way of dealing with customers. I am therefore very disappointed and NOT AT ALL satisfied with this trade!
