Does not keep promises promised, changes the appointments because an error of the dentist has caused inflammation and she is afraid that another dentist will look at this. Let people walk around in pain in order to sweep their own street. In short, very bad experiences.

Because an accessory of the lower teeth got stuck in my cheek, the doctor sent me to the dentist. I came without an appointment. "Sit down, I will see if there is a dentist who can help you" Two minutes later: "You will be called like this". After five minutes I was called in by dentist Katherina Katapidi. After explaining my problem, she examined the situation and started to deal with it resolutely. I had not yet opened the mouth or painlessly, she took the tool out. Drag it onto some machine and place the tool back in my mouth. It was fine right away. The entire problem was resolved within 10 minutes by resolutely professional action. Extremely satisfied with the entire treatment without even an appointment. I like to go to that dentist (Katherina) next time.

Worthless dentist had long been a customer at his father that was a very good dentist and actually automatically passed because his father stopped several times back after a refill because it was performed badly and I continued to suffer last 3 times not treated well and also once treated by a dentist who could not explain to me in normal Dutch what she was going to do and what the problem was because she did not master the Dutch language and also had a breath that smelled of Garlic while I as a customer for the time my brushing teeth to come fresh for a short time a worthless dentist and I am completely done with it and have registered with another dentist, they have a minimum waiting time of 10 minutes after the agreed time also if you are the first to go after their eating break it is their turn they leave you quiet for 10 minutes because they are not yet talked about but write fat bills for bad service I write In order to save other people the treatments there, this has only given me a lot of frustration and nothing else

I made an appointment 4 months and a week ago for the dental hygienist. Previously being treated was not possible given this ridiculous waiting time. My appointment was on the 20-11-2018. The problem was yesterday my nose was blocked by colds. I could make a new appointment right away but then I can only go to the dental hygienist again in 4 months and 2 weeks. They do not know shame. Understanding is looking for something. And they are good at fines. This time I object and you will really have to go to court. I am good at writing in writing. Moreover, check it out. I look further. I always have to keep in mind that I live in the neighborhood. If I do not live in the neighborhood, I can not register myself. Just for dentistry doctor is within 2 weeks place but for dental hygienists more than 4 months. So if you are not registered you can use the dental hygienists. Worrying waiting times for registered clients and useful for non-registered priority clients. Such a transparent money-based practice. I do not let my dog wait that long. Good luck
