A blue sticker indicates a 30% discount. For a coat of € 55 this is € 16.50. The cash register must therefore state € 38.50. Seems clear to me. However, the cash register states € 40. (It's only € 1.50, but still ....) The cashier understands why I (rightly) indicate this and calls someone (store manager?). Assuming that something needs to be done with a code or key, I wait patiently. To my surprise I am told that I am right but that the cash register simply says this and that there is nothing they can do about it. Because then she has to justify that € 1.50. I should call the head office but is the advice. My advice to you, store manager / Hema. In my opinion there was only one answer possible, namely. "Madam I am going to adjust it for you because the computer / cash register is not correct, you as a customer should not be bothered by it". The employee / Hemawinkel does not understand the words service and customer-friendliness, such a shame, what an incomprehensibly wrong action.

Bit small which means less choice. I think they can expand and I think several Coevorden residents agree with me! The Hema must stay.
