I bought a game via bol.com . Was impossible to play . It seems is working but while is loading to play get stocked and is not possible to continue. You can see through the disc a line in all the perimeter of the disc and it is damaged . I ask to returned because the defect it had and I was sure was not going to have any problem but I was wonder when I got the email from the seller saying they got the product back and they test it and was working perfect "prima" so they only choice I had was to get it back . I bought the same day in another store also second hand the same game and it works perfect . Today I got the game back and then again just in an envelope , not in the box how it supposed they do when thy care their job even when there are this kind of situation . I wanted to try one more time the game junking that maybe I was wrong and with the surprise is still not working . It stopped just before to start to play. You trust and other take advantage. Is how it is .

Great business, owner with a lot of knowledge about what he sells, they have (almost) everything and what is not there can be ordered, I come here regularly and with great pleasure.
