The owner of Novus Audio, Bernd, has a heart of gold. He introduced me to the world of high-end DACs/Streamers and my experience of sound will never be the same. I was fortunate to meet Bernd via a friend. He helped me to setup an Aurender A10 DAC/Streamer and a custom Bassocontinuo stand. I investigated many other options, including ordering a much heralded Shiit Yggdrasil from the US and visiting countless other High-Fi audio shops in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Groningen. For these items, nothing came close to the excellent care and quality that Bernd has delivered. When we needed more time to think about a purchase or to consider options, Bernd generously lent out his personal equipment for us to try out so that we would be really satisfied with our final decision. This is a company that is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the client receives the best possible solution, even when it means educating the client along the way. If you want a personal and highly knowledgeable introduction to the world of high-end digital sound Novus Audio must be your first stop.

Had a very pleasant contact with Bernd. He is very helpful and has arranged a demo for the Aqua la Scala Optollgic without any obligation. Despite the fact that I did not buy the device, I am very pleased with its service. A satisfied visitor at this specialty store!

This is a REAL Business selling audio equipment. Great stuff. This is what you can not buy at, for example, BCC, or media market. Just pure sound, sublime, quality, and looks in your living room .... Service at its best

Bernd makes a fine and thoughtful selection of audio equipment that he presents neatly on his website. As a customer you are looking for something to hold on to in the extensive audio range available on the market and that is exactly what Bernd offers! He will always speak to you and personally install the equipment at your place. As a customer, you notice someone with a passion for his profession! Warmly recommended.
