Super friendly trainers, personal attention and guidance. Training by appointment. Not comparable with a normal gym. You have to understand the concept, so make an appointment to get acquainted.

Have been doing this for a year now and highly recommend it. Was a bit skeptical at first, but can now say it works. In recent years I had regular problems with my back, always neck problems and knee problems due to injuries and a condition of 0.0. Resent 5 days of climbing and scrambling during my vacation and had no problems with it. I really couldn't have done this a year ago. Feel fit and energetic again.
