A big 5 star. 2 years ago I started building my own camper, everything was done myself except for the connection of the batteries, solar panels, inverters etc, I had this done by Faraday Energy because I wanted it to be installed properly and safely because of our trip through Europe . During construction, encountered various problems due to my own ignorance, Bas and Peter have always helped us perfectly and have taken the time to explain everything well .. already far across the border abroad and can still contact them with questions . i can definitely recommend this company. NOT IMPRESSED. TWICE A FLEXIBLE PANEL BROKEN. THE FIRST WAS APPOINTED WELL ASSEMBLED AFTER SCHOUW BUT IT COULD NOT BE TOLD WHY THE PANEL DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY. GOT EXACTLY THE SAME PANEL .. IT WAS BROKEN AGAIN AFTER A NUMBER OF MONTHS. SAME ASSEMBLY, SAME COMPLAINTS. NOW IT GET TO ASSEMBLY. AFTER 625 EUROS AND A LOT OF WORK, AFTER A LOT OF PAIN, I HAD TO RECEIVE 150 EUROS RETURN.

2x 150ah AGM batteries purchased through Faraday energy. There was 1 in stock but I was contacted nicely to ask when I needed the battery. They had ordered the 2nd battery quickly and eventually the order was delivered within 3 days. Good service and friendly contact. I would order here again.

I was looking for lightweight solar panels for my camper and after a search on the internet I came across Independant Solar Solutions for the Faraday Camper 90Wp panels. I had contact with Peter de Vries who answered my (many) questions quickly and adequately. That gave confidence. I wanted a Schaudt charge controller because my camper has a Schaudt electroblock + control panel. That works well together. I took 1 day to tidy up the cables and 1 day to place the panels on the roof. The 3 panels are connected to the roof (parallel), so that only 2 wires had to be led through the roof, directly in a kind of cable duct and hidden from view. The charge controller is placed under the driver's seat next to the electroblock. Installing it myself has been better than expected. All in all, it was a good choice to work with Independent Solar Solutions: although a webshop, but one with good service if you need it.
