"Motion Milon Raalte; not just any gym!" And that's right .. Earlier I could never find the motivation to work out in the gym because I simply didn't like it. Member of Motion Milon in Raalte for a year. It is a nice concept, because you have trained multiple muscle groups within 35 minutes. The devices work fully automatically, so you do not have to set anything and therefore do not overburden yourself. It is small, you are not a number but a person who comes to exercise. Exercising at the Motion Milon remains a challenge, because you have different phases with new challenges! The result is that I can run again after 10 years (knee injury sustained in 2010). I also participate in a nutrition program from the gym, in which you become aware of what you eat. I recommend Motion Milon to everyone, because of the informal atmosphere and expertise. 💪💪
