Spekschate, a strong example in scams due to unnecessary additional work! The Spekschate technician recently interrupted all 4 shut-off valves for making the Nefit CV installation smoke-tight by regular maintenance and spent 30 minutes replacing the valves. I even had to insist that the 4th broken valve also had to be replaced & had to help with replacing otherwise it would have been 45 minutes more work. Anyway, when I received an invoice I was called about the invoice & told that I cannot agree with the additional work. I asked for a new corrected invoice. The boss was not prepared to do that. Then I suggested that I would reimburse the materials and that Spekschate would take the 30 minutes. Again a refusal. The director was not interested in the customer experience and what I thought had happened. He said he believed the engineer in advance and because he had not reported anything, my story was dismissed as unbelievable. To my remark that I no longer appreciate their service, the boss responded with: "Oh, you win one, you lose one." Spekschate does not deserve its customers! Do you not want to be fooled by extra work caused by the engineer? Then I advise everyone not to work with Spekschate!

You cannot accuse them of fulfilling agreements.

The work done was very well done, but when the invoice came I was shocked blankly. My lamps had to have 5 lamps, 4 wall sockets and 1 motion detector connected in my wooden veranda. So no fear work or something. I had the lamps at home. All this for just under € 1,200 The mechanic spent 10 hours ......

Our boiler really emptied completely on Friday evening. Spekschate called and within an hour a friendly mechanic was on the sidewalk. Took time to replace and check things. He tried to inform us as best he could about what may have gone wrong. The further handling was tackled somewhat less service-oriented.
