We engaged Douwma brokerage for the purchase of our first house in Apeldoorn. In the short term we have planned a viewing together with Carla (Douwma brokerage). She took our stress off our hands for the purchase of our future home. She paid close attention to defects and took us through the entire purchase process. For us this was a fantastic experience! All administrative matters were supervised by her and handled properly with the counterparty (The sellers in this case). When buying our house, a number of points came to light that have taken a very positive turn thanks to Douwma brokerage. At the time of the purchase it turned out that a piece of parcel had not been declared to the land registry. Carla solved this very professionally with the notary. We eventually got the piece of land without any disadvantageous costs. Carla is a very friendly woman who you can always contact with your questions. Without her this would not have ended so positively. Thanks again for all the help. We fully recommend this Douwma Brokerage!
