If you get a malfunctional product, you can't depend on their return policy. Customer service is very unprofessional and impolite, just like the following reply. I do not recommend By-Pos for any deals.

We contact the help desk, asking information about a specific Bluetooth barcode scanner.
The sales person suggested the socket mobile for us, but unfortunately, the mobile socket did not work as promised. They refused to change or take back the product, because we have open the box.

I contacted the backoffice to get a status update about my delivery that was already delayed. The back office did not provided a solution. they just canceled our order. last time that I ordered something at Bypos.
This company does not have a number of things in order. I have ordered a number of products here with which a few things were wrong.
- The cash register systems were delivered without change.
- It is not possible to use the RFID scanners for credit card skimming.
- The promised second-hand products have clearly already been put into use more than three times.
The last point I want to make is that the Dutch communication of this company is off track. When trying to reach this company you get reactions like: "Defective devices do not exist, defective person does."
