I normally never post negative reviews, but I want to make an exception for this to help other people make a better choice. I've never had such a bad service in my life. After purchasing a washer dryer combination, it was immediately broken after the first wash. What do you do then, you may ask? Everyone knows that a washing machine is of great importance and some even use it every day. Can you imagine what to do without it? Laundry service? Instead of swapping the new washer dryer, Expert had to call LG (washing machine brand), who had to call us again for an appointment with a technician. Already 4 weeks later because the mechanic could not fix it and has to order other parts. So it turns out to be just a factory error. It might as well have been a broken second-hand product with the price of a new product. It seems like Expert is afraid to use the word return or exchange. They then crawl into a victim role and slide it onto Corona. Apparently that is a reason not to give a new product? They are known for their service but I have not seen it (yet). This reminds me of a Marktplaats user who sells broken things and then waves at you while the parts fall apart in front of you. I hope that the people of Expert in Zwolle will soon realize that this is not the way to deal with customers. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at the Expert in Zwolle.
