Great staff and amazing prices
Therw are a lot of lenses for all kinds of camaras en the staff is very friendly.
The service is really what the store needs. This one is very good in my opinion. Could advise me well and adapt well to the amount of knowledge you have yourself. Which was not much in my case. By means of the video calling option, they could offer the same personal service as in the store at the time of the mandatory store closure!
Everything for photography available. There are also second hand products for the tight stock market.
I had a great experience when I went to buy the camera. Good explanation and advice.
Now that I have problems with the camera after 5 months, I really got the impression that I was not taken seriously. Problem has not been solved, lens and camera would be sent because I wanted to, but despite warranty and insurance it would cost 75 euros each if nothing came out. Sending together was not possible because they were 2 other brands, despite the fact that I suggested that because I have the idea that there might be a problem in the collaboration. Because I don't think the problem is in both objects at the same time, I would have lost 75 euros anyway.
The staff member was 99% convinced that nothing would come out, at that moment all photos were successful.
Unfortunately I did not bring caps for the camera and lens, so it had to be sent without. For me this was when I asked for the camera back and left the store.
