Bought a PS3 Slim for 49,99. Terms of warranty where clear and fair. Games are super cheap (2,50 to 3 euro). Had a slight issue with the controller but went back next day and got a new one without a hassle. That can happen with second hand stuff and they replaced it quickly, so I really have nothing to complain about with this store.

Ordered a philips hts 3560 home cinema set from used products Zwolle. There was not much information on the site about the condition of this device, but after having read good reviews in general, the guess is it. As it happens, I have such a set at home, but they break down every so often (hard drive crashes over time) and they become scarce. So happy to have found 1 at UPZ. It was delivered a day later. And here the reason that I 'only' give 3 stars; the set was neatly wrapped in bubble wrap but still had a lot of room to move around in the box. And it showed! The device is dented all around. Fortunately, after testing immediately, it turned out to work well technically. But it is a pity that nothing from newspapers has been put in the box for filling. Now optically a damaged player on the table. Unfortunately, but definitely worth reporting; this could be better men! Otherwise I would have given you 5 stars ... Too bad about the answer below; you understand yourself how packages are handled, don't you ?! Just pack better. It's that simple. Equipment should definitely be packed. So people, that's how your purchased items are handled; UPZ washes their hands in innocence. But everyone understands that you should not put equipment with a single layer of bubble plastic in a box that is too large unless you fill the empty space with newspapers or air bags ... I will adjust the rating. And again an answer from UPZ that the customer cannot use ... 'Learning from your mistakes' apparently does not appear in the UPZ script. Especially don't acknowledge your mistake. Looks good on Google reviews. No, just be smart and tell the customer that they are not to blame, while ... just pack better and follow the advice of, among other things, this (ex) customer + an excuse would have been more appropriate. Anyway, I will certainly not order / buy anything from UPZ anymore. That's a fact. And you really owe that one star to yourself. Actually, that one star is still too much after your last reaction. For website visitors of UPZ; Do not buy (!) equipment online here if you want to receive it at home. 👍
