The car I picked up was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly. The collection and drop off processes took longer than expected though.. had to swipe my card and wait a bit for the security deposit authorization amount to be cancelled, for example.

Friendly people, decent price. Have rented 2 electric scooters, but after half an hour it turned out that 1 was not in order. He drained the battery completely, while he was full on departure. So it was no longer possible to drive. Tried another replacement battery, but unfortunately it could not be solved. In the end we didn't really benefit from our afternoon, but we didn't have to pay anything because of the wrong scooter. That is neat. Would definitely try again next time.
