It is a pity that the maintenance department throws the phone on it when it appears that after opening time, the administration still needs 35 minutes to start the computer and drink the coffee and you say that that is a bit of a pity. Super customer unfriendly. And to think that you call because they unceremoniously accidentally debit your monthly amount twice without saying anything about it, but easily make you wait 4 months for money that you get back from them.

I drove with a broken screen for 2 months before the Autoplanning expert had time to come and have a look, they had forgotten. Then the damage expert informed me through the reception of the garage that the repair of the screen would not be carried out until it was cleaned, the car smelled like a dog. The worst part was that he blamed it on the mechanics when they immediately indicated that they don't care! I have the most expensive execution and the most expensive contract and pay nicely every month. It's as if someone comes into your own house to interfere with how it smells, my lump broke.

Absolutely no business with it. The administration is a big mess! Prevent yourself a lot of time and do business with a reputable leasing company. We have already had a 5x cost increase of more than 10% in 5 years due to "rising costs". They try to get you in with a competitive price but then simply adjust the lease price with a finger pointing at the fine print. In addition, the final settlement is also not going well and one is charged an extra month and apparently this cannot be reversed or does not want to reverse this. In short; prevent yourself a lot of trouble and do not do business with Autoplanning Almere In addition, many of the "positive reviews" such as Glenn's below are simply from employees themselves. Absurd.
