Great customer service and lot of options. Not the best prices in the market though.
Great company and good service!
Although the lease application wasn't flawless it is quite obvious that ActivLease does very much focus on a high customer experience. And therefore is highly customer focused. During the car delivery process (on a Saturday) I was impressed with the personal attention, and explanation of technical features of the vehicle.
I reached out to them for leasing of a Tesla model 3. Even though eventually, I did not go further with it, I was impressed by the help I got from them. Joost was very efficient and made me feel that he really wanted to help me and make things work for me. It was a pleasant experience working with him.
It started with a simple email in early December. whether there was still a Peugeot e-208 in stock because I wanted to drive an 8% car. In no time Patrick called with a number of questions. And a few hours later there was a call that he had a car in reservation ..
Did I first want to take a test drive? No problem! I'll arrange that we can hold the car a little longer ... And that against anything with a sharp lease deal.
Patrick (and his colleagues) arranged everything for me down to the last detail. And in the meantime I am happy to drive around in my new car with a low addition.
Top service, we all want that!
