Dear Ilja and Nils, Thank you very much for your exceptional dedication, good and clear communication and every time approval was requested before you sent a letter or mail to the counterparty. In my 23-year career as a hotel and catering operator, there have sometimes been difficulties and I have engaged various lawyers. Well with some I felt taken too. I have only one word for your method and thoroughness: Chapeau.
