Mrs. van 't Hooft is different from other lawyers. Forget what she discusses with you. Ask the same questions a week later. Does not respond to your calls or emails. Does not comply with the agreements made and does not consult with you. "Forget" to share important information with you. And so on. All in all, if you are looking for a lawyer in 't Gooi, quickly pass this office (one-man office). You certainly won't win the war with that!

Not professional at all. She forgets everything she agreed. Does not keep agreements. You have to wait weeks for answers. Due to hearing impairment, the client's wishes are not heard or understood. Does not discuss anything and announces things afterwards. I had to wait 9 years for my divorce because Mrs. van 't Hooft sees other things as a top priority, which of course brings in more money than my case. In short, a really worthless person.

Inheritance law is quite complex. Frederiek answered the questions we had clearly. Her no-nonsense approach really appealed to us. A professional with an energetic and "pleasant" approach.
