We rented a scaffold, we were told we could take the trailer free of charge if we returned it within an hour. When picking up the scaffolding, a deposit of 500 suddenly had to be paid, which was not stated in advance, which would have been mandatory. With the return of scaffolding, costs for the use of a trailer were suddenly charged. Then we had to call twice to get the deposit back. Now instead of 500 euros deposit, only 308 euros has been refunded. When you inquire, there is apparently suddenly insurance again. In short, unclear agreements, the scaffolding is more expensive than agreed and certainly a bad feeling about the course of events !!!

Super helped. Thanks to the rental car from Bo-Rent Hoorn, you can move in 1 morning. The employees are pleasant and enjoy their work.
