Dreadful service. I ordered one specific Nema motor from this store. The first delivery failed. They promised to refund the motor (not the shipping cost), so I made a new order (with shipping costs) to not have to wait for the first package to be returned to them. I got the second delivery. The motor wasn't the one I bought (it had inferior specs). They promised to refund one motor + shipping costs for the inconvenience. In the end, they only refunded one motor. To summarize: I paid for 1 "high" specs motors + 2 deliveries, and I only got one "low" specs motor. Avoid buying from this store.
