After a visit to the store asked for an advice for replacing the current TV and stereo. Made an appointment for Rene's home visit. Rene has looked at the space and received excellent information. After the order, Rene installed everything. Panasonic Oled TV and Yamaha soundbar and 2 separate speakers. He has also tuned the right sound in the room and kitchen. Magnificent!. All information explained on tablet and mobile phone. What a great service from Rene and Stient Electro. Super happy with the new set. Enjoy super sound in the room every day. Stient Electro, for customer friendliness and reliable, good service you've come to the right place !!

Had very bad experience with this store. I had a defect in the LED backlight panel of my TV and asked if they wanted to pick it up. I had to wait almost two weeks before they started working on my TV, after I had to call them (myself!) 3x to ask for an update. "Yes we will call back later today" was the promise up to 3x, never happened. In the end they did not repair anything and came to the conclusion that entire LED strips should be replaced. The problem I came up with was not extreme, it was still to be looked at, but when Stient Electro was done with it, there were 40 visible LEDs on the screen instead of the 13 with which I initially submitted it. Last but not least, costs were still involved afterwards. The Stient Electro store is literally 1-2 minutes away by car / van and they charged 17.50 for the front and 17.50 for the return (it is normally even € 22 +). You are bottled in front of you. In the end I picked up the TV with a friend, otherwise the total picture was € 70 + while they returned the TV worse than it was. Paying for bad service 👌🏼 Never again.
