Definitely the better electronic store in Amsterdam Noord (North Amsterdam), staff is generally polite and helpful though if they're "busy" will completely ignore any customer looking for service and also not charter any colleagues to jump in - that could use some work.
Other than that it has a fine, be it limited, selection of quality products and very fair pricing and services. The store is relatively calm most of the time and without blaring music and the likes. I strongly recommend BCC over their biggest competitor at this mall of which there is nothing good to say other than competitive pricing.
Good calue for money
Great customer service, people are friendly and also patient. They also answer any questions at the best of their knowledge. Also nice prices on a lot of the stuff there.
