I unsubscribed here because they have big mont here, the whole team is very unfriendly !! Do not get my medication completely what has been passed by the doctor must go after it again, They indicate that it was not passed on, ask my doctor who did it in system and then they say that it ended up in a separate box without saying sorry. Even when I call they are not friendly! Asked once if they were open Saturday I am told that fortunately not working here 5 days have their own comments which I do not ask for. Have looked at whether they are all like that or 1 person but they are all so unfriendly and weird. You would quickly get into a fight there if you, as a customer, give back a comment, they have the last word. Owner I think that you should put a camera with sound at the counter there and follow the whole day what happens there. I am registering somewhere else and there I told this there was another person with the same complaint. I also get medication prescribed by doctor and they indicate that they do not want to give this completely early, they repeat no! you only get 1. They are not general practitioners, but they act like that. These staff who work there ruined us all day. They must do their job and not work personally !!!!! Client care home Florence Loosduinse Hof. This pharmacy was responsible for my medication. Disease: high blood pressure and LVH heart failure. Medication was wrong. Patient safety and duty of care in our opinion not OK and certainly not when providing a high dose of Amiodarone !!!
