This company takes ages. We had a appointment at 9 and had to wait with 2 couples. Nobody extra to help, no nice answer way I took so long. So I would say if you rent do it at the airport way, quicker and nicer
The agent was friendly. However, there were lots of extra fees that I wasn't aware of and I requested a car with automatic transmission only to find out at the end after everything was signed and paid that they only have manual. We had also already paid extra for a second driver which at that point we couldn't remove although that driver can't drive manual. So we pardon extra about $70 for nothing. Then they said if we want automatic we would have to wait about 2 more hours. It was already past noon so we just took what they had and completely wasted $70 and dealt with it. Also the car I reserved was said to have 5 passengers. Well the car could barely fit one suitcase.
Where is the credit card payment information? I was left without transport because I only have a debit card. Not recommended
Excellent customer service
Good service and good cars available. Most of them are new and well taken care of. I give 4 stars due to the location. It is a nightmare to drive in/out from that part of Amsterdam. Very convenient when your accommodation is close by
