Made a big purchase in 2018 because we were going to tackle the toilet and bathroom. Everything was received in 2019. There was now another owner and there were some problems, but these were neatly resolved. In 2020 we found out that something was still missing after an exchange. Meanwhile a new owner, but he plans to remain. He solved the problem very neatly for us, even if it cost him money. So although it didn't always go smoothly, we were always helped nicely to find a solution.

At the end of last year I more or less accidentally entered the Sanisale Zwolle store. My wife had long desired to replace the shower cubicle and vanity unit with something new. The bath was allowed to continue. Actually I did not think it was necessary, the existing was still fine, but then again inform here and there. Sanisale was not immediately my first choice, but after the umpteenth store I decided to take a look. A young briskly friendly lady approached me, listened to my wishes, asked the right questions and showed me her product range. I was immediately excited. All the more because I immediately liked the price. The delivery went very well. The shower door turned out not to fit anyway and without problems the door was exchanged for a suitable one. The delivery of the furniture, tiles and other accessories was fine. Now that the job has been done and the bathroom has been completely renovated, my wife and I can only say "chapeau" for Sanisale Zwolle for the good advice, the nice negotiation result and the perfectly delivered and installed bathroom.
