3 months ago we bought a new bathroom at Sani4all in Zwolle. We were very kindly helped by Gerwin. He had a lot of patience because we changed things several times after our agreement. The installation by the experts recommended by them also went well. A very good result, we are happy with it and definitely recommend Sani4all Zwolle.

Pricing was wrong. Drawings and custom quote would be emailed, not received. Saleswoman was on the phone arguing with someone on the phone. All in all, we have chosen a different one with also much better price for the same products

Very bad (after) service and communication. The delivery date was not met several times. This can happen, but there is no communication at all here. Everything goes well for the purchase, but once bought you can keep calling after them. Only fallacies why the delivery is later. Again, this can happen, but how can you not even call your customers about this? Because of this a headache has become a dossier because of planning. Even after they verbally promise to call you at the end of the day for an update, this is not done. Even if you call the company to get an update, you will not be included. Good materials for the price, but I would absolutely no longer do business with Sani4all. Rather want to pay slightly more for something decent service somewhere else. Rarely experienced that a company deals with customers in this way.
