I've been coming here for years. Hairdresser is not only good at her job as a hairdresser, but also extremely friendly! Highly recommended.
Bad experience unfortunately. The owner / hairdresser makes a very impersonal and unfriendly impression. In terms of haircut, it has been one of the worst to date, no accuracy or attention to detail. Very sloppy and everything has to be done quickly.
Hygiene is also 1 star, unfortunately I can not give zero stars.
No mask or gloves (bizarre especially at this time and given the hairdresser in a busy city also tourists regularly cut the day). The work stuff is reused without cleaning.
Hairs from previous customers are also all over the floor, should be cleaned more.
In closing, the general feeling is that it is very tight in the case and therefore it can be very stuffy, among other things. Better ventilation would have been in order.
Never again.
English keypoints: Hygiene is absolutely bad (no minimum covid protection tools or cleaning of working material after every client), no personal touch or any kind of customer service feeling, everything needs to be fast fast and no care for details during the barber session.
