Despite the unpleasant occasion, working with Sebastiaan Kieffer was a joy. Together we have applied our common knowledge to achieve the best result. Kieffer was passionate about my business and also worked outside office hours when the situation required. He took initiative, thought in terms of possibilities and liked to deviate from the beaten track, of course within the legal frameworks. When I called Amstel Advocaten and Kieffer was not available for a moment, colleagues turned out to be aware of the broad outlines of my case; the entire team thought along with me. I felt seen and felt that my case mattered. Of course Amstel Advocaten won my case for me.

Take care with Amstel Advocaten. I was offered free and no-obligation advice, which I took advantage of. During that advice, time was taken for me. At the start of the conversation and after half an hour I indicated that I only wanted to get advice without obligation because I already have legal expenses insurance. There was no response, nor were rates discussed with me or indicated that costs would be charged from a certain moment. After a few weeks I still received an invoice. If I wanted to pay the hourly rate and office costs from 30 minutes.

Annemarie is a nice, sweet and skilled lady with a lot of knowledge and a great empathic ability. Like no other, she can mediate adequately in matters where you do not feel like (and understand) yourself. And a cozy office, also important!
