We are very satisfied with Van Amerom Makelaardij. They showed themselves to be very flexible, so taking the photos could be arranged at very short notice on the day we desired. The quality of the photos and the thinking of the photographer was very good. Thanks to the professional team of Van Amerom Makelaardij and the accurate handling, our house was on Funda within a week. We have experienced the extensive experience, thorough expertise, energy and decisive action as very pleasant. Juul van Amerom kept us well informed throughout the sales process and was always available for questions. Also in the evenings or on weekends. In short, a great collaboration and highly recommended for the purchase and / or sale of your house!

We can wholeheartedly recommend Van Amerom Makelaardij. We met Juul van Amerom when we were looking for a new home. Among all the real estate agents we had encountered during viewings, she was very pleasant because of her calm, honest and expert behavior. She gave us the time we needed and she was very inventive and helpful. Juul is definitely not pushy and does not sit on your skin. By the way, we bought the house that we then visited. Due to the good experience with Juul and her colleagues in the purchase of our current home, we also wanted to sell our "old" home through her. We also granted the service we experienced as buyers who were interested (and future buyers). Our expectations were now also more than fulfilled by Juul and her colleagues. In our role as a salesman, she again gave clear and valuable advice, she took all the time for us ... and not unimportantly: she was again friendly, involved and very pleasant to deal with. We can heartily recommend Van Amerom Makelaardij (with all employees !!!): it felt like a warm bath to us.

Good and accessible office! Everything was arranged down to the last detail when I sold my house! The purchase of my new home was also fantastic! We have viewed several homes, it is very nice that the broker helps you put things into perspective. He gives clear advice and advises when making a real offer! If I move again and want to buy a house, I will definitely come back to Tom, Juul, Roelien and Annefloor!
