They broke my bed, ask for some refund they never answered. They asked me for extra money not official and they were very uncareful with my stuff. The service is still quite cheap but they should train better their people. And they ask for a good review before you pay. So most of their reviews are good for this.

Giri, Mike and Hicham helped me exceptionally well. What seemed like an impossible job (the sofa via the stairwell without damaging the walls) she succeeded. I am very satisfied.

Good communication. Clear agreements. The moving lift with transport looked well maintained. The mover operating the lift was helpful and very polite.
