Sadly I cannot leave 0 star review, but for whats worth, I am going to review my experience with Maxx Leeuwarden, previously known as Holland Housing BV and you are wondering why I wrote this in Maxx Zwolle's page, well because Maxx Zwolle is the head office and also are unresponsive and I have friends having issues with them too regarding house deposit. I rent through this agency for two long years and throughout the two years the experience was just horrible, they did not mediate between the landlord and the tenants, problems in the house never been followed up, there are multiple things that are broken when we moved in and they ignored it, and if you keep inquiring they will just ignore your calls, ignore your emails completely. They are manipulative, be very careful, and at the end of the day we have 1000 Euros deposit which they did not return.

same horrible experience here. I moved into this apartment one and half year ago. I pay 675 euro per months for 20 square meters without furnitures. When I moved into the apartment, the room is not clean properly, but they didn’t give me a chance to say I need they hire an cleaning company to clean it, I cleaning the apartment by myself. Last months, I stopped the renting of this apartment, they said I need to give back the key at 31th of January, I agreed with it, so I left the key in the room and cleaning the apartment as the pic I showed following. But they didn’t say I have to be there when they check the situation of this room if it is cleaning enough. So I was not there and of course I didn’t get the chance to make it even more clean. Afterward, they told me, the room is not cleaning, they need to hire an cleaning company to clean it. they just charged me 177 euro from my deposit for cleaning 20 square meters room, which is already be cleaned. And when I ask them for the cleaning details and what they did with 177 euro service, they cannot give any proof. So I am doubting if they really hiring people to clean it or they just take the money. (The cleaning company called Zomerdijk. obviously,if they really did their work, then they really have very expensive service. maybe it’s not a wise choice when you need a cleaning service.) And also, they experience of living in that building also horrible. Always have strange smell in the corridor, the internet doesn’t work,they increasing rent without let you know and try to charge you from everything, etc. So if you need to rent an apartment, just go to another company which shows more responsibility and have good review.
