Dr. Joyce is very knowledgeable, patient and kind to explain everything in details. She and everyone in the clinic are always super sweet to my cats, and the treatment they provide is professional, ethical and efficient.
Nice people, very professional, they accept city of Amsterdam pet vouchers. These vouchers enable minimum income citizens of Amsterdam to have their pets treated 😺🎄

After they did SURGERY to my dog I didn't even get the chance to speak to the Vet! Before the surgery, they said my dog would recover very quickly, specially they mentioned 3 days. After the operation they said the recovery time was 10 days, I didn't even get the chance to speak to vet who did the surgery to my dog, just to the receptionist! One of them, brunette on her 50's was extremely rude and insensitive.. the least they could do is booking a few minutes to speak with the doctor.. I went to them for 9 months and spent good amount of money but today it was the last time.
